Fantastic music school! My daughter started singing lessons... onsite and then moved to remotely via zoom and back again. The teacher was very flexible and adapted to both styles of lessons. My daughter has had a wonderful connection with her teacher and has grown and improved as a singer.read more

Our son has been attending Manhattan Music for a few years... now. The teachers are very professional in the formatting of the lessons provided, face to face or online. Catering to my sons interests and capabilities in a variety of music styles. My eight years old loves his vocal teacher at Manhattan... Music. The vocal class is the only out-of-school class he is interested in going to. Gino and the team there are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it to kids at any stage of their musical journey.read more

I did a couple of terms of violin lessons with Laura and... she was an amazing tutor; enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and passionate. The staff are incredibly supportive and I couldn’t speak more highly of this music school, everyone cares deeply about their profession and the students as individuals. My daughter has been playing drums for 8 years at... Manhattan. In this time her drum teachers have shared their expertise, qualification, in offering special skills in performance opportunities. The Manhattan concerts has given my daughter the confidence to perform in front of an audience. I highly recommend this music school for your child .read more

Thomas is an excellent guitar teacher. Any song you want... to learn he will teach you. He works out the tabs in minutes even if he has never heard it before. Highly recommended.read more

When I booked my 2 children into music lessons at Manhattan... Music several years ago I decided it would be nice to learn an instrument myself. Afterall I would be sitting around waiting for them anyway. 6 years later I am still attending piano lessons. My son is doing drum lessons and my daughter is writing songs and singing. EXCELLENT MUSIC SCHOOL - both my children have really... benefited from classes with the wonderful teachers at Manhattan. My daughter has been with Manhattan music now for a few... years. She originally started with piano and is now singing. Both with the same teacher whom she loves. Gino, the owner is wonderful, easy to liaise with. The premises are very student friendly and easily accessible. I highly recommend Manhattan music for all your music needs and lessons.read more

My daughter has been taking vocal lessons here for a number... of years and she loves it. They nurture and encourage their students so much and their live performances are always amazing. Gino is lovely and always nice to deal with. We've just extended our 30 minute sessions to an hour because she enjoys it so much. They're great!read more

I've been so impressed with Manhattan Music! Once we... signed up for music lessons, I found out it's a vibrant community of friendly, professional and passionate musicians. They have looked after my girls extremely well and the teachers communicate with parents both in person, and via phone/email if need be. It's supportive and encouraging, and I'm so glad that we found this little gem in Eltham. Because of the lockdown restrictions at the moment we are not allowed to attend classes in person, although zoom lessons work well as an alternative, which I prefer over nothing at all. They are also extremely accommodating of parents individual circumstances and for that I am grateful. I would highly recommend Manhattan Music as a great place to have music lessons for instruments or singing.read more

Both my girls have attended Manhattan Music for the past 4... years and in that time I’ve watched them flourish and develop the skills to confidently play their chosen instruments. This is thanks to the ongoing support, guidance and experience from their teachers respectfully and also from Gino’s commitment, passion and sincere love of his job ensuring that all students are pushed and technically trained to their full potential. The passionate instructors are all professional musicians working in the industry and are amazing with their support of the students. I have had 4 children and myself learning at this school... over the last 7 years learning drums, piano, guitar and violin.The owner of the school is genuine about the outcomes delivered and knows each child and family by name. He always has time for a conversation. The school is remarkably flexible when it comes to adapting to the hectic nature of extra-curricular activities of young families which is very well received.The excitement and progress made by students during the build-up to the annual concert is amazing and the kids look forward to it each year.read more

I've been coming to the shop and the school for over 5... years now and the staff would always greet me with a smile and would always remember my name, as I do the music school drop offs for may niece. You don't just need to be a parent here, as even the support crew for the kids are greatly appreciated.I have the opportunity to attend many musical performances every year and watch all the kids grow with confidence with every performance, its truly amazing following their journey.Don't be fooled by the spam reviews ...this is a high standard, high quality school that can help you reach your full potential.read more

I've been coming to the shop and then the school for over... 15 years now.Gino made me feel like an old friend from the first time I came in and remembered my name each time I came in after.I've had vocal lessons there, my son has had guitar lessons and my daughter is been having vocal lessons there for the past 5 years.I've had the opportunity to play on stage at their amazing Rock Show, even sharing the stage with my kids!As a martial arts Instructor, this place has the same core values as my own school which is why I rate it so highly.Don't be fooled by the poor reviews on here....this is a high standard, high quality school that can help you reach your full potential.read more

Manhattan School of Music Rocks! If you are looking to... learn or improve I can recommend these guys enough. You won't find teachers as passionate at what they do anywhere else in the area.
