    Flute Lessons FAQs

Children typically begin flute lessons between the ages of 8 and 10, when they have sufficient lung capacity, arm length, and hand size to hold and play the flute comfortably. Kids under 8 often find the flute physically difficult to manage. That said, every child is different — get in touch and we'll advise.
